How to Release More Frequently

I've been trying to release more frequently. I'm considering using some sort of extra process just for even sole developer projects. You almost came up with a philosophy, which is your change log should only have one entry per release because every time you make a change, it should be a release. If you've got like multiple changes coming in a day, you don't want five releases a day. Maybe you do. It's a little confusing on the consumer side to have a lot. So I'm not sure every change deserves a release, but I'm trying to be more frequent about it.
