Are the Caraso Surveys of the Ottoman Empire the Most Precious?

Cadaso surveys have been central to ultimate economic history, especially in the sixteenth the sixteenth century. There has been less emphasis on other natural resources that were not valued as much as wheat and barley. And i devote an entire chapter to the exploitation of pastures, or grass lands. Those totall escape the attention of economic historians as well. No one could tax a grass land in the same way they Taxed Wheat and Barley. It's not tide e based on their monetary value, but rather its role in the lives of people who appreciate it.
