The Importance of Proper Training

The optimal cushion is between one and two centimeters with the right width for the forefoot. Having no cushion at all doesn't is not good, and actually slower. I see a lot of tendon problems as a result of wearing maximal shoes. They take away in terms of instability, which is the absolute thing we must try and avoid.
