How to Write an Inclusive Job Description
I think I feel like the dream description would be to focus entirely on the soft skills the areas of interest and only put technical requirements if they're really required. There's always people there are people that are really hopeful people that have been rejected so many times but you know it hopes brings eternal. You do hear these unicorn stories if I didn't think I was I was really going to be accepted for that then lo and behold I was a first time CISO because everybody's got to get that first job as something once right?
