How to Have Conversations About Design

The book Discussing Design is a framework for asking for feedback and setting up the rules. You start by saying what's the objective of the design, the problem and what it's trying to achieve. And then you ask people, do you feel that these elements are effective in achieving that goal? Do you feel that I am solving the problem that I'm trying to solve and then discuss it? Why and why not? It all ultimately ties into the idea of having a lot of clarity and doing a lot of introspection. If you have clarity on your goal, you'll always be able to reinforce the boundaries of the conversation or the direction of the conversation. Sometimes if conversations kind of diverge
