Isaac: Martin Romo is responsible for essentially bringing a group of doctors to the finance world. He says he wanted to be a doctor, but fell in love with physics when he was younger. After getting his PhD and working at J&J as an engineer, he went back to business school after having two young kids who didn't sleep all night. A few years later, capital was looking for an experience higher in semiconductors away from financial industry. "I wish that there's a method to the madness, but it's mainly madness," said Romo.
