Efs: How do we recognize our own unique value proposition? We'll first ill recognize that it changes and adapts and grows overtime. One of the tools i really love pointing people to is something called the genius zone. This is kind of the essence of what a personal brand is like. Who are you? What can you do? What are you cind of known for, that people can really utilize that value in a unique way.
