Wisconsin still has a band on abortion in place from 18 forty nine. It outlaws all abortions except for cases where a mother's life is at risk. In michigan, the law was passed in 19 31 and a ban's abortion alas done to save the life of the person who is ent. The band never had to be repealed because roe had made it obsolete.
