Is There a Way to Stop the Ticktok Algaritm?

Therere two major categories of harms here. It doesn't really matter whether the company who's running it is us base or foreign base. That's the same either way. The second form of harm comes from putting that cultural in structure in a business influenced by a foreign adversary. And those two harms are not unrelated. Data is what powers the tiktok algaritm, which is then used to manipulate our thinking. A ban would stop that, but it would have a lot of side effects a geo political just think about the back lash from american youth when you take away the thing that they spend all their time on.
