David Yu: It's better to be really good at a handful of things, rather than in a pretty average at a lot of things. He says the general rule is people trying to put too much in it because they've been accustomed to trying to plan for 12 months. Yu: At the end of those 12 weeks, there's a hard line. We'r gong to look back, wer gon lok, what i we learn, what would we do different and we're gingto just, on the next go round, that like sains and what's the next discipline then? Ye we call it process control.
