Is There a Massive Crash in Real Estate?

I like to think that there won't be a massive crash in real estate, hoping that everybody learn their lessons. I look every single day at new listings, just for the fun of it. It definitely gave me a big bump starting out saving wise savings wise when I got out of school. But $30,000 now, in relation to my current net worth, not a huge, huge thing.
