You mentioned gotman's work around marriages and the stories we tell about our marriage. I'm wondering if you can add just some, some deeper contects here into what a great story would look like that would help and be beneficial to our lives,. verses a negative story that could really damage our life. And i think that's critical in allour relationships, being realistic. E's going to be difficulties, but also realizing that, if handled properly, those can, in the big picture, be impossitive.
