Is the Sanctioning of Tornado Cash Really Effective?

There's been some pretty heavy pushback from the Ethereum crypto community. I think there's questions around like, is this implementable to what extent do you implement it? And it's really about getting clarity but sometimes no clarity. Sometimes you could maybe take that as, let's just assume the best and not do anything. But when you're thinking about sanctions and stuff, it's better to err on the side of caution"
