How to Develop a Running Habit
I always do the easy stuff first to get that momentum. I mean, you know, book writing would be a good example. So setting my running clothes out the night before, so that when i walk into the bathroom, boom, there they are. It just makes it that much easier to follow through. Ayes, we've seid our goals. We're working on them. But i've got to get connected to those every day. And partly because that's what's going to inform my task.
