We also report on Moscow’s representative to the IAEA dismissing global concern over Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s nuclear power plants as overblown. And later, we speak to our Kremlin watcher about what may come from Steve Witkoff’s meeting tomorrow in Moscow with Vladimir Putin.
