Value creation is one thing, but if you can't capture value, then value creation means that we ain't a ell haveing significant wastage within an organization. I think there's probably going to be a of anongoing debate about qualifications versus certifications versus tertiary. To me, fundamentally, it's about experts and experience first and foremost.
