Dominion Voting Systems Wants to Put Fox News Top Executives and Well-Known Hosts on the Witness Stand
Dominion voting systems set in a court filing Monday that it wants to put some Fox News top executives and most well known hosts on the witness stand when it's $1.6 billion defamation case against the right wing network goes to trial. The judge has yet to make a decision on which witnesses might be compelled to take the stand. Judge Eric Davis became exasperated with some of Fox's lawyers for what he called legal gamesmanship.
