The Connection Between Contemplative Prayer and the New Age

The connection really is the mystical aspect of trying to trigger that. I don't think all new ages are into this repetition. It's more people who are maybe into certain kinds of either Eastern meditation or some other kind of meditation where they've been taught to use certain words. Sometimes it's more a focus on things. The new age is just so vast and complex that you can't say one thing that's true for all the new age.
