What's the Limitation of a 200 Mile Race?
The longest race that i know of organized is probably the iditerod one thousand. It's a thousand mile, thousand miles up in and alaska. I did a 50 mile or a couple f summers ago, and t it hurt me. But what i woult i realize, cause i didn't instila sort as training up for it in nutrition,. Cause i've done a lot rucking, an endurance ta events in the military. And so over the years, i've been able to increase what vertical gain i can actually run.
