Ex-UVF commander Winston 'Winkie' Irvine has taken up yoga behind bars as he looks to cope with having his sentence for firearms offences doubled. 

Irvine once lived the high life, rubbing shoulders with British and Irish ministers while he negotiated on behalf of loyalists groups. 

Niall speaks to Belfast Telegraph crime correspondent Alison Morris about how Winkie now spends his days doing the 'downward dog'.
