The Doctor Brady Time Out
Dr. Tom Brady: When something just doesn't seem to be going the right way, i'm just going to take a time out and revisit the diagnosis. Dobutimine is a great choice here, and probably what i would use while starting lasex to try to decrease prelod. You can also consider sea pap in this patient, which will decrease pre load and decrease after load,. And even though that patient made it to the cath lab in a timely fashion and had a prompt pc i intervention, she remained in cardiogenic shock after the procedure.
