Children and Medical Experimentation
Many of the camps had medical experimentation programs going on. Auschwitz did, in particular, have one that targeted children. Children alone were vulnerable to sexual abuse from other populations. Joseph Mangala was particularly renowned for his interest in twins. He wanted to see if you could change their eye colour and all sorts of horrible experiments like that.
