What's the Craziest Thing That People Have Asked for in Houses?
When i started in the business, i think people wanted a blank canvs. So they wanted something that was tired, and they wanted to make their own mark. I think increasingly now, and this probably happened with a sort of super developers. And may be it's a sort of reflection on our sort of fast society, that you want it and you want it now. Now it's much harder to sell an unmodernized flat or house, and people wan't turnkey.
