Is There an Overlap Between Values and Operations?
Rikshaw: I like the idea of deriving a structure for decision making based on some set of beliefs. That, to me, has a huge overlap with what you're saying, operational culture. One really interesting thing that i think is under appreciated about creators and the creator economy is how much of it is about community. Rikshaw: Part of our mission is to help creators have more ownership and independence around their community.
