Transactional Data - The First Data Set That Needs to Be Formulated

The first data set that has to get formulated with any kind of a i application like this is one that care of the problem. We've all had this experience where we call up and the bot that we interface with doesn't understand a thing we're saying, and we get frustrated. Well, would that be interesting if that frustration could be corded as something that gets passed on to the person for real that's going to answer the call and hopefully solve your problem? You know? So i think t at there's places for this, even in the transactional sets, that we need still to explore.
