How Much Protein Do You Need to Eat to Lose Weight?

If we do like 70 times 24 times 1.2 16% of their energy intake will lead us to around 80 grams of protein a day for that individual. But what if they're more active and they eat more calories? Now the question posed was for a diet so let's talk about this rough figure  that would approximately lead to somewhere in the region of a pound of fat loss a week very very roughly. If you remember my individual was 70 kilograms I'm now eating less I'm basically eating the absolute bare minimum for someone just to be non-protein.
