Invincibility Points in Kiev

The government random inciputability points have had quite an issue in Kiev. The country I think it's generally better although some kind of some guy some mayor from western Ukraine threatened to make their apartments or their mentions into inciputable points unless they actually get things in order. So there are hiccups all around it's like an unprecedented emergency but overall as long as they can go out somewhere and get all those essential things they don't complain.
