The Importance of Noodles

When somebody says noodle versus pasta, what do you think of? I have a very vivid image in my mind. For me, it's a very like Ashkenazi, very white Eastern European Jewish thing. We would take these egg noodles and one, you can put them in soup. But then you go to Italy and then they're, they're dumplings like ravioli tortellini,. It wasn't just in a wonton, a tortellini, but one is made of pasta and one's made of, one's making of dumpling, but not noodle. All noodles aren't pasta. All pastas are noodles.
