How Green Spontaneous Are Bail Outs?

If you were going to do bail outs, whether it's for the pandemic or whether it was during the o at crash, if you had no choice. So the fed had to act in tandem with congress. The way it's structured now is literally the worst of all wer worlds. I would rather have the right wing, libertarian approach from the very beginning on the onset of jus don't have the central bank. Or i'd rather go fully in the other direction and say, just nationalize the banks.
