The Creeds of Software Craftsmanship

I think that there's the concept of if you, it's still like the basic understanding and the fundamentals, then people will want to do a good job. They are less likely to try to do it according to your bad definition of what doing it artistically means. And also, I think that in this day and age, people do want to be able to enjoy their job. We've had the great leaving or is it called because people were basically said, I'm not enjoying this job, so I don't want to do it anymore?
