Water Fasting

Everybody should fast every day for 12 to 16 hours and limit your feeding window to 8 to 12 hours. Even that brief amount of fasting may help undo some of the consequences of excess. If you occasionally do a longer medically supervised fast there may be additional benefit. i'm really excited because we just got the first data back in the 39 years i've been doing this  i believe that healthy people that fast periodically may get additional benefit.
