There's still plenty of opportunity there for people to lend, make more wealth. They have children off at uni right so disposable income is probably the highest they've ever had and probably ever will. So there's definitely opportunity there. But as you said, I must admit, in the early days, Ben, I was addicted to the line of credit because I thought they gave me the better flexibility. Back in the good old days, Bryce, you actually could get a line of credit at the same rate you could get the variable line. Yes.
