How to Get Your Thoughts Down in Your Body
If you're in your head, you're not connected to your body. You've got to feel your body. And when you get your thoughts down inside your center, then you're a lot more apt to express yourself. The minute you get inyour head, your head and people don't like Eddie. He doesn't have anything but them When you get in your body and you feel your old body and you're allowed, you're thinking that come from the center of your body. It's a whole different experience for everyone, including yourself. Makes a huge difference.
