What's the Actual Share Count?

How do you determine a company's actual share count? I like to keep it simple and to start with whatever is listed at the top of the ten c or k ah. That's the current shares outstanding at the end of the period, or the last when they filed the form. Look for any sort of potential securities that are there. Rs options, p s us, warrants, blopa, blo, convertible notes,. Ah, those get tricky. But do the ordinary one, and then also add in, um, whatever those are If you want to do a folly deluded share count, but with a weighted average thing that is in the income statement.
