What Is It About the Beginning of the Universe?

I find it instantaneously fulfilling to think about the idea that there was a primordial atom and out of this thing, nothing but nothing with a lot of potential. At that point everything that exists that we can observe and much that we cannot observe was all together in one whole. From that starting point what we see is increasing disorder and on the way to increase disorder you get all of the things that we see. We as human beings find those things very very beautiful.
