Cooperative Colleagues in Divorce
One of the big changes i have seen over the years is that more and more people are co operative colleagues in getting a divorce. This, of course, did not fit with our stereotype of divorcing couples very well but it was the largest group. And they were able to cooperate for the sake of the children. They could put their anger, personal angers at each other, as spouses, sort of behind them,. But front and centre was their parenting. It's hard to stay perfect pals and recouple, so it gets in the way of the new relationship.
