The great thing about intermittent fasting is pairing it with high protein low carb. When you do that, what happens is your body learns to burn fat more efficiently. You become fat adapted. And when you burn fat more efficient, you don't need to eat as often. Here's the way it works with me. I do it during the week and I eat probably a little bit more during that window. If you stop eating around six, seven o'clock, I'll stop eating. That is either way it's a formula.
