How to Deal With Out-of-Order Arrivals

RoxyB allows us to build a mutable real-time database at scale and still keep it very, very efficient. In real time, there are a couple of things that comes up. So out-of-order arrivals, you know, make sure that to keep modeling simpler, you pick a database that supports mutability. And the second one that makes modeling very hard is detecting duplicate arrivals.
