The power of habit is how we can rewire our brains. If you don't take time for healthy self care, nervous system regulation, emotional regulation and rest, it can take you up to 18 months to change that habit. When we are able to slow down, when we're able to actually be very intentional about not over-regulating ourselves, we are regulated. And I want to learn how to let go of trying to control the things I was never made to control.
