For me, i wake up every day and i go a, love my life. And then for me, it's little things like, i get excited about my first cup of tea. When you can train your mind to get pleasure from little things, then big things just become amazing. But you'd actually don't need the big things, cause you're getting so much joy. Its e little things, someone smiling at you, that make you so happy. Once you're in that mind set of gratitude, every day has something lovely in it.
