i had three main reasons i why i wanted to leave. The first one is that i wanted to return back to my home town and be with family. My mam has been sick the last couple of years, and now my dad's really sick. And also, i've got family returning from overseas as well. Youre just kind of that time in our lives tis a family. Weare connecting back with our moldy and our li faca papa,. which is our family connections.
We all go through periods at work when we think, I am done with this job and ready to move on. But are you really ready to leave your team and your company? You owe it to your career and your future self to make that decision carefully.
