How to Be a Joy to Work With
I know a lot of people are self-aware enough to know that, hey, my personality isn't the best. Like, how could they improve that to make it better? Right. I think simple things like greeting people, obviously that helps. But at the same time, being a joy to work with a lot of times, I think involves not just your small talk conversations with people. A mannerism, when you're stressed, how do you show it? How do you run around trying to help out and do things in trouble to shoot for people? I think those are super crucial too.
