The Utah Bill and the Advanced Persistent Threat

The Utah bill is it's crazy, obviously unconstitutional. It has all sorts of problems, many of which you described and doesn't take these ideas of like parental consent and parental access. I think the parental access one is the most concerning. What if you're a teenager and you're estranged from your parents? You don't have a relationship with one of them, but they get to have access to your communications? That seems problematic. Part of me looks at like the curfew thing and laughs. What do you think you're actually going to do kids are going to figure out how to change the clocks, get a VPN.
