What Are Your Guiding Principles for School Improvement?
I think number one is worry about being genuinely good, not looking good. It's a hard graft, and some of it's quite boring. And i to do that it's been a success, yes, but i know. We've got ourselves into this. Em or lot of schools, or maybe the system as a whole, into performityve school improvement. That certain it's not, is not genuine. If we're going back to something about destination, you have to know what your destination really is. Being true to that, rather than thin't.
