I find it's one of the hardest things for founders to accept is those limitations because they don't know what it means to be a CEO, right? When you're a founder, you suddenly go from an idea creator to an implementer to a capital convener and then all of a sudden you run an operating business. But I find a lot of people struggle with this from an identity standpoint. They feel like they need to be good at it only because no one gave them an alternative definition.
