The Consequences of Flooding in Ukraine
Ukrainian officials say some 42,000 people are at risk from flooding. Most of those people are on the eastern bank of the Nipo River. It's firmly within the sights and control of Russian forces. There are unconfirmed reports that people have been trying to get out.
