Glengould's Issue With Applause

Glengould's issue with applause was that it was too blunt of an instrument to convey feedback. We wanted a way to express a reaction to some one's message or comment, but a simple applause button so broad it became meaningless in some cases,. and in other cases, created anxiety that didn't need to be there. Gould liked to play different characters. And kevin bazana told me he thinks that if gould were alive to day, he would have a great time tweeding as his different comic altar egos. Maybe he'd have a podcast. It might sound a little like this album he released in 19 80, called a glen gould fhantasy.
