How to Find the Right Mentors for Your Startup

Jake Wallis: It's not one size fits all, no matter who you are or what you do. What I've noticed in just running our own programs is there are mentors that are great for some companies but aren't necessarily great for other companies. The way we verify that is by actually putting them into situations where we can then assess how they've done and how they've performed. We have NPS scores for all our mentors. Every mentor that comes into our program is scored by each of the startups that they meet. Also vice versa, we ask the mentors what they think about the companies. Sometimes some of the best mentors are actually the ones that are effectively saying in Britain, they
