How much, how many hours a week should a full-time pastor work in your opinion? Counting Sundays, by the way. It's probably going to be in the 40, 50 hour a week range. The size of your congregation will affect your shepherding and administration side as well,. But whether you preach to 15 or you preach to 100 or 200, whoever you are as a preacher and how you prepare to preach is, it's going to be virtually the same.
