Introduction

It is St Patrick's Day here in Australia it's possibly only the 16th of March for other people. You may hear throughout this the mournful wales of a cat that has been kept outside. We always tend to get to certain times before the rest of the world given the existence of time zones around the globe. The United Kingdom is kind of like that in a sense. Well it's not three but it's four. Four countries in one nation, I suppose we might say.
